A private pool with fountains, a hot tub, a fire pit, a string-lit pergola and a balcony for morning coffee. Cornhole and giant Connect Four are ready when you are.

How many people does the house sleep?
Up to 20 guests across three king suites and two bunk rooms. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and there are 5.5 bathrooms in all.
Is there room to park boats, trailers and off-road vehicles?
Yes. There is garage space for 1 car, a spacious driveway for up to 4 more, and additional parking facilities for boats, off-road vehicles, trailers, and other cars.
Is the pool private, and is it open year-round?
Yes, the pool is open year-round. The 16' x 33' pool is private to the house, with a volleyball net, basketball hoop, fountains and lights, and a seven-person hot tub beside it. Pool heating is available for $80 per night from October through April. Let us know before you arrive and we will add it to your reservation.
How far is the house from Zion National Park and the airports?
About 40 minutes from the Zion National Park entrance, about 30 minutes from St. George Regional Airport, and about 2 hours from Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the house.
Can we host an event at the house?

Is the kitchen set up for large groups?
Yes. There is a large island with bar seating, a long dining table, and big pots, bowls and serving pieces for feeding a crowd.
What is there to do besides the pool?
The game loft has arcade hoops, two Nintendo Switch consoles and plenty of seating, the backyard has cornhole and giant Connect Four, and the fire pit is set up for evenings outside.
