A few simple guidelines help every guest enjoy the house and keep our neighbors happy. They are also shown when you book.
4 PM / 11 AM
Self check-in with a keypad code. Before you leave, close the windows, lock the front and sliding doors (leave the interior garage door unlocked) and start the dishwasher. No deep cleaning needed.
Sleeps up to 20
The house sleeps up to 20 guests. Children and infants are welcome. Please let us know if your group changes, since additional guests beyond your booking may mean extra charges.
10 PM to 7 AM
We are in a residential community under Hurricane's noise ordinance. Please keep music and voices low outdoors after 10 PM and park only in approved areas.
No pets or smoking
We can't host pets, and smoking isn't allowed anywhere on the property.
Gatherings, yes. Events, ask first.

Simple, tiered refunds
Full refund 30 or more days before check-in, 50% refund 7 to 30 days before, and no refund within 7 days. Exact terms show at checkout.
Pool & hot tub
- Keep the hot tub cover closed when it's not in use.
- Keep the pool safety cover closed whenever the pool isn't being used.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool, hot tub, stairs and outdoor areas.
- Guests may be responsible for service calls, excess utility costs or damage from misuse of pool, hot tub or cover equipment.
- Pool heating is available for $80 per night from October through April. Add it when you book or let us know before you arrive.
Caring for the house
- Indoor furniture, mattresses, bedding and decor stay inside the home.
- Outdoor furniture stays out of the pool and hot tub.
- If something is accidentally damaged, just tell us promptly so we can take care of it.
Being a good neighbor
- Excessive noise, amplified music after 10 PM or other disruptive behavior may lead to fines from local authorities, HOA enforcement, or ending the reservation without a refund.
- Park in the driveway, the garage and approved neighborhood overflow areas only.
